Tung Lok does not follow a programme-of-activities model. There are no obligatory group sessions, no timetables pinned to a notice board. Instead, the residence maintains three anchors around which residents can build their own days: good food at regular times, outdoor space that is always accessible, and a comfortable private room if they choose to have one.
Each programme can be taken on its own or combined. The full package includes everything. Residents tell us they find it helpful to start with dining access and add more as they settle in — there is no pressure to take more than feels right at the time.
Shared Dining & Tea House
Three home-style meals each day in a bright communal dining hall, plus an afternoon tea sitting where residents gather over dim sum and conversation. Menus follow the seasons and Cantonese home cooking, with kitchen staff happy to note personal tastes.

FEHD Kitchen Compliance
Our kitchen operates under Hong Kong Food and Environmental Hygiene Department standards. Allergen and ingredient information is available for every meal.
Physical Accessibility
All communal areas, garden paths and dining spaces are designed to be navigated with ease by residents who may walk more slowly or with support.
Family Communication
Families can call or visit any time during office hours. We respond to enquiries the same working day and update families about any notable changes.
Written Agreements
Every arrangement — pricing, inclusions, terms — is documented in writing before it begins. Nothing is left understood verbally; everything is confirmed on paper.
